The Commonwealth Connect program continues to expand!

We're excited to announce that the newest town to launch is Worchester, MA. We can't wait to continue this partnership with the city.

Nestled in the center of Massachusetts' major metropolitan regions, Worcester is known as the "Heart of the Commonwealth". And its location isn't the only thing that gives Worcester "heart"! Not only is it lore that Valentine's Day cards were invented in the city, but the thriving neighborhoods create a diverse, integrated community rich with culture. Worcester's 182,544 citizens delight in the numerous restaurants on Shrewsbury Street (the city's "Little Italy") as well as enjoy the world's best music at the Worcester Music Festival.

Worcester's new mobile app will allow citizens, residents and visitors to report problems such as potholes, graffiti, drainage and flooding quickly and easily via web tools and mobile apps. These reports are then forwarded directly into the city's work order management system and to departments throughout the city with all the information needed to get the job done.

The Commonwealth Connect mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to the city at seeclickfix.com.

We look forward to working with the city and residents to promote openness, engagement, and accessibility! To learn more about SeeClickFix, head to gov.seeclickfix.com.
