Newton, MA integrates SeeClickFix with WebQA

We are thrilled to bring some exciting news!

The City of Newton, MA now has the Commonwealth Connect app (powered by SeeClickFix) integrated into their work order management system, WebQA. With this integration complete, reports submitted by residents are forwarded directly to departments throughout the city with all the information needed to get the job done.

The 85,000+ citizens of Newton live in each of the city's vibrant 13 distinctive villages. Located just outside of Boston, Newton is well known and respected for the high quality of education, community engagement, and gorgeous natural beauty. Residents enjoy a range of scenic locales in the area, including Crystal Lake, Norumbega Park, and Chestnut Hill Reservoir. Newton has consistently ranked as one of the best cities to live in the country. In August 2012, Money magazine named Newton fourth best small city among places to live in America.

The Commonwealth Connect mobile app allows citizens, residents, and visitors to quickly and easily report problems such as potholes, graffiti, missed trash pick, and streetlight outages. These reports are then automatically submitted into the city's work system for resolution.

The app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to the city at seeclickfix.com.
