Flowery Branch, GA launches new citizen engagement app!

We're happy to announce our partnership with Flowery Branch, GA!

This charming city of 5,679 was originally named Anaguluskee, a Cherokee Indian word meaning "flowers on the branch." Many long-term residents remember the city's cute alternative nickname: Nattagasska, which means "Blossom Creek". Any way you name it, Flowery Branch is a beautiful city that hopes to continue to provide excellent services and boost citizen engagement.

Flowery Branch's new mobile app will allow citizens, residents and visitors to report a variety of problems such as potholes, graffiti, drainage and flooding quickly and easily via web tools and a citizen reporting mobile app. These reports are then forwarded directly to departments throughout the city with all the information needed to get the job done.

Furthermore, the platform offers a centralized and integrated management system, whereby city officials can engage further with citizens, track issues and monitor success. This unified and citizen-connected platform will increase both the quality and efficiency of service throughout Flowery Branch.

The mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to the city using the widget on the city's website and seeclickfix.com.
