A couple weeks ago, President Obama made his final appearance on "The Daily Show". He talked about the role technology plays and will continue to play in improving citizen services.
Although President Obama is referring to these issues on a federal level, his words are completely relevant on a local level. We're part of a movement, on all tiers of government, of agencies prioritizing customer service to make our citizens happier and communities stronger.
