Garden City, NY is launching a new village smartphone app! It's called "GC Connect" and it will allow the village's 22,000+ citizens report non-emergency issues in their community. We're thrilled to be partnering with this village to continue to improve their citizen services!
With the free, easy-to-use app and web tools, Garden City citizens will now be able to provide village staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more -- valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently.
The "GC Connect" platform also offers a centralized and integrated management system, whereby villageofficials can engage further with citizens, track issues and monitor success. This unified and citizen-connected platform will increase both the quality and efficiency of service throughout Garden City.
