Norwell, MA has launched a new citizen mobile app as part of Massachusetts' regional shared service solution, Commonwealth Connect partner.
The 10,506 citizens of Norwell enjoy a friendly residential community with modern schools, a wildlife preserve, and other support facilities as well as three industrial parks. By joining over 70 other towns on the Commonwealth Connect platform, Norwell works to continue to provide excellent services to its citizens.
The town's mobile app allows citizens and visitors to report issues such as potholes, graffiti, drainage, and flooding quickly and easily via web tools and mobile apps. These reports are then forwarded directly to departments throughout the town with all the information needed to get the job done.
