And now today, Whiting is announcing a new mobile application that allows its citizens to report non-emergency issues in their community. With the free, easy-to-use app and web tools, Whiting citizens will now be able to provide city staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more -- valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently.

The "Whiting 311" platform also offers a centralized and integrated management system, whereby city officials can engage further with citizens, track issues and monitor success. This unified and citizen-connected platform will increase both the quality and efficiency of service throughout Whiting.
