Folsom, CA Launching Citizen Service App!

Folsom, CA, a city located in Sacramento County, is launching their new citizen service app! Starting today, Folsom's 72,203+ citizens can report non-emergency issues to Folsom city staff to improve their neighborhoods and communities.

The city is already a leader in providing their citizens with a great place to live, work, and play. In particular, Folsom is a fantastic city for the active and adventurous. The city is home to 32 miles of gorgeous bike trails, including Humbug-Willow Creek Trail, the Folsom Rail Trail, The Folsom Lake Trail, and the Oak Parkway Trail. No wonder their motto is "distinctive by nature"!

Now, bikers, pedestrians, and car-drivers alike can report issues with the free, easy-to-use app and web tools. The new platform also offers a centralized and integrated management system, whereby city officials can engage further with citizens, track issues and monitor success. This unified and citizen-connected platform will increase both the quality and efficiency of service throughout Folsom.

The "Folsom Connect" mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to seeclickfix.com.
