It's official. Concord, MA has launched with the Commonwealth Connect program!
Concord's 17,669 residents live in a unique place -- affording them the opportunity to explore numerous historic sites, delight in intriguing shops and restaurants, and roam through gorgeous natural surroundings. In addition, the people of Concord are rightfully proud of a rich cultural scene with four theater companies, two art centers, and many museums for residents and visitors to enjoy.
The new mobile app will allow citizens, residents and visitors to report problems such as potholes, graffiti, drainage and flooding quickly and easily via web tools and mobile apps. These reports are then forwarded directly to departments throughout the town with all the information needed to get the job done.
The Commonwealth Connect mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to the town using the widget on the town's website and seeclickfix.com.
We look forward to working with the town and residents to promote openness, engagement, and accessibility! To learn more about SeeClickFix, head to gov.seeclickfix.com.
