Attleboro, MA is a gem of a city -- and it's not just because it was formerly known as "The Jewelry Capital of the World." The city shines for its high standard of citizen services it provides it 43,000+ citizens. And now, Attleboro is pushing this standard by officially launching a new citizen mobile app as part of Massachusetts' regional shared service solution, Commonwealth Connect! By launching with Commonwealth Connect, Attleboro is also joining over 70 other towns using the platform.
Commonwealth Connect allows citizens and visitors to report issues such as potholes, graffiti, drainage, and flooding quickly and easily via web tools and mobile apps. These reports are then forwarded directly to the right departments in the town with all the information needed to get the job done. For the past month, Attleboro used Commonwealth Connect internally to log requests. And now they are excited to extend the use of Commonwealth Connect to their citizens as well.

The Commonwealth Connect mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, citizens can send reports via the town's website, Facebook page, or through seeclickfix.com.
