Shawnee, KS Launches a New Citizen Engagement Mobile App!

The "Good Starts Here" in Shawnee, KS -- a city of 62,000+ citizens located inside the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.

In efforts to continue to improve citizen services, Shawnee is launching a new 311 mobile app! It will allow the city's citizens to report non-emergency issues in their neighborhoods and communities.

With the free, easy-to-use app and web tools, Shawnee citizens will now be able to provide city staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more -- valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently. In addition, the platform also offers a centralized and integrated management system, whereby city officials can engage further with citizens, track issues and monitor success.
