Claims Management Resources (CMR) launches reporting app for Georgia DOT

Claims Management Resources (CMR) recovers property damage claims for self-insured entities in the utility industry and in governmental agencies (municipalities, department of transportation, etc.). In CMR's world, the more information they have, the faster they can recover money owed for the damages. SeeClickFix has provided a method for which CMR clients can capture that information and instantly send it back for recovery, making the process more efficient for both parties.

One such client is the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), who hired CMR not only to increase their recoveries but to do it as quickly as possible. CMR has integrated SeeClickFix into their own claims management system, where they will be able to process the reports efficiently on behalf of GDOT. GDOT's staff will now be equipped with a mobile app ("CMR Damage Report") to allow them to internally document, photograph, and report damages to state property.
