Grand Terrace, CA’s 12,000+ population will now be able to report neighborhood issues directly to city hall. With the free, easy-to-use app and web tools, Grand Terrace citizens will now be able to provide town staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more -- valuable information needed to get the job done.
The city chose SeeClickFix to help their staff manage these numerous public issue requests more efficiently. In addition, they wanted to provide the public a platform to communicate with City Hall without having to call in or wait on hold to receive service. SeeClickFix will help provides Grand Terrace’s exemplary services with the updated technology that most of the city’s public uses everyday.
In particular, Grand Terrace staff is excited about SeeClickFix’s ability to allow the public to track the progress of their request after submission. The platform will facilitate the ability to create reports with timelines and monthly insights that can be provided to City Council to show progress and valuable data. They look forward to the positive impact of the relationship between city staff and the public that is strengthened by the resolution of an issue.
The mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to seeclickfix.com.
