Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC) has partnered with SeeClickFix to announce a new platform “Talk to CMHC” that will allow members of the CMHC community and its visitors to report issues and ideas to the Center’s administration. With this partnership, CMHC has become the first health care organization in America to provide this unique service with SeeClickFix.
With the free SeeClickFix mobile app and web tools, CMHC staff, clients, and visitors will now be able to give feedback using pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more — valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently. The organization has been wanting a way to collect feedback and track responses using mobile and Internet tools. Previously, they had been using a paper system with comment cards that was more challenging and time-consuming to manage. They chose SeeClickFix because they were impressed with the power of the tool to collect, manage, and respond to these comments.
In addition, CMHC’s Plant Operations staff members, who handle large numbers of projects and requestseach day, were interested in the back-end organization. The SeeClickFix platform provides CMHC officials with a centralized issue management system to process issues from creation to resolution. The back-end is easy to learn and enables them to greatly simplify and streamline their processes.
