Precinct 3 in Cherokee County, TX joins a growing number of counties across America using SeeClickFix!

Cherokee County, TX 3rd Precinct will now be able to report neighborhood issues directly to city hall.

  Katherine Pinotti, Commissioner for Pct 3, has two reasons for launching a reporting tool:
 
  1. She wants to be able to offer residents the opportunity to report problems or road repairs, while track their progress in real-time.
  2. She wants to allow for more transparency, accountability, and open communication between residents and her office, as she is responsible for the majority of issues pertaining to the county's infrastructure.
  Pinotti decided to implement SeeClickFix immediately after getting a recommendation from the city of Jacksonville, TX. When she talked to the Jacksonville City Manager, she heard how SeeClickFix was a major help with expediting needed repairs. In addition, she heard how it provided transparency and communication between public works and residents in the community. She is most excited to see what issues will be reported that may not have otherwise been reported, as well as see how SeeClickFix works in emergency situations when redundant issues are being reported (such as trees down during storms, etc.).
