Clovis, NM launches SeeClickFix to improve public services!

Clovis, NM’s 40,000+ population will now be able to report neighborhood issues directly to city hall.

With the free, easy-to-use app and web tools, Clovis citizens will now be able to provide city staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more -- valuable information needed to get the job done. Clovis City Hall’s workers can now work better from the field, with technology getting rid of the need for paper. With citizens and field staff reporting issues through SeeClickFix, the City of Clovis will be able to track these issues — including where they are located and what they look like to use as proof of work.

Many departments will be using SeeClickFix including Public Works, Code Enforcement, Parks and Recreation, and the City Manager's office.
