The town was drawn to SeeClickFix because they wanted to make it easier for their public to report issues without having to place a call. By reporting the issue online it not only reduces duplicate issues and cost-per-issue for the town, but makes the experience of reporting better for the public. The reporter will receive email notifications as the issue is addressed and fixed.
In addition, Mount Laurel is excited about SeeClickFix’s ability to integrate the reporting system with an internal work order system to enhance the ability of their staff to fix issues efficiently. The combination of the reporting and work order system will provide the town with the data they need to look ahead. “[SeeClickFix] not only logs current issues, but helps determine future issues,” said Jerry Mascia, Director of Municipal Services for Mount Laurel.
The mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to the town’s website and seeclickfix.com.
