Sharon, MA launches a new reporting app for citizens powered by SeeClickFix

The Town of Sharon announced today that they have joined the many communities across Massachusetts using Commonwealth Connect powered by SeeClickFix.

To the Town of Sharon, effective use of resources and good communication are critical in delivering a quality and consistent product. As a small town Department of Public Works, this is a balance they strive to maintain and they believe SeeClickFix could be an important tool toward that end. In particular, the Town of Sharon is excited by the elements of community engagement that SeeClickFix provides. The mobile app and website tools give residents a simple means of communicating and receiving updates on issues. Plus, SeeClickFix’s backend management system will provide an effective means of asset management and a simplification in reporting procedure.
