Carnegie Mellon University officially launches SeeClickFix!

Carnegie Mellon University, in efforts to innovate and improve their quality of service to their students and staff, have launched SeeClickFix. After a three month pilot program, Carnegie Mellon will continue using SeeClickFix for their facilities maintenance.

Students and staff can use SeeClickFix mobile apps and website tools to report two kinds of service requests:

  • Interior maintenance
  • Exterior maintenance
Carnegie Mellon’s facility staff will then be able to manage and address reported issues in SeeClickFix’s centralized management system — keeping students and staff in the loop with automatic and manual updates.

With this launch of SeeClickFix, Carnegie Mellon University joins a growing movement of universities and college using SeeClickFix tools to bolster quality of life for students and staff on their campuses. The SeeClickFix mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone.
