Franklin, MA is using SeeClickFix to improve citizen services.

Since 2013, the Town of Franklin, MA has been using SeeClickFix as part of the Commonwealth Connect program. And now, they are  promoting the technologies that may be most helpful for their residents that allow the Town to perform better customer service.

  For Franklin, SeeClickFix gives citizens an avenue to communicate with the town government in a different way than they are used to, with the help of mobile phones and tablets. The Town hopes to continue to engage new people, as well as make people feel more comfortable communicating their requests with SeeClickFix instead of by phone or email.

  The mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to seeclickfix.com.
