Sarasota County, FL becomes the 2nd Florida county to launch SeeClickFix to improve public services!

Sarasota County, FL’s 400,000+ population will now be able to report neighborhood issues directly to the county. The county will be well-equipped and ready to manage, track, and report back to the citizens.

  The county sets ambitious goals of providing excellent services, promoting quality of life, and maintaining and enhancing existing infrastructure. With SeeClickFix, Sarasota County is excited to give their citizens a mobile application to provide more “boots on the ground” to help them identify and correct issues to strive towards these goals.

  In particular, in preparing for the roll out to citizens, the county found working with SeeClickFix easy. The applications were already available, and once they were branded, the IOS and Android stores made it easy to download simply and quickly. The option to add links to other mobile applications within the app give the county a ‘one-stop-shop’ that will make it easy for their citizens to find and use. In addition, the added ability of field staff to report issues will be a huge benefit.  

  Sarasota County government is committed to governmental transparency. SeeClickFix will help extend transparency to the service request and work order processes.  

  The mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to seeclickfix.com.
