Summit, NJ launches with SeeClickFix!

Summit, NJ is dedicated to providing their 22,000+ citizens with the best customer service. That’s why today they are launching SeeClickFix, a citizen reporting tool and issue management system.

  The city needed an effective tool for their citizens to report problems, and know that their concerns are being addressed in a timely manner. Citizens have been reporting these kinds of issues to the city for years, so having the ability to import historical data from the existing system was a key factor as well.

  The mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to seeclickfix.com.
