7,000+ Shorewood, MN citizens can now report issues directly to city hall.

The City of Shorewood has officially partnered with SeeClickFix to empower its 7,000+ residents to report quality-of-life issues and request city services.

SeeClickFix’s mobile and web tools will make it easier for Shorewood residents to provide Shorewood’s small staff with the pictures, videos, and descriptions to ensure the issue is resolved. From there, residents can also to view, comment on, and vote to fix problems submitted by their neighbors.

In addition, the SeeClickFix platform provides Shorewood officials with a centralized issue management system to manage issues from creation to resolution--engaging Shorewood residents throughout the process.
