Chatham, MA joins a network of cities in Massachusetts launching SeeClickFix!

The Town of Chatham announced today that they have joined the many communities across Massachusetts using Commonwealth Connect powered by SeeClickFix.

Chatham, MA’s 6,000+ residents will now be able to report neighborhood issues directly to town hall. The partnership between the town and SeeClickFix will empower the public with free, easy-to-use app and web tools to provide town staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more. This will be valuable information needed to get the issue fixed in a timely and efficient way!

Here are some of the kinds of issues the public will be able to report:
  • Animal issues
  • Abandoned vehicle
  • Drainage/flooding issues
  • Graffiti
  • Street light issues
  • Traffic light issues
  • Trash / illegal dumping
  • Tree issues

In addition, with SeeClickFix, Chatham will have an internal work order system to enhance the ability of their staff to fix issues efficiently. The combination of the reporting and work order system will provide the town with the data they need to look ahead.
