Suffolk, VA is empowering 86,000+ residents with a new citizen reporting tool.

Suffolk, VA’s 86,000+ residents will now be able to report specific neighborhood issues directly to city hall with the Suffolk Citizen Connections. The partnership between Suffolk and SeeClickFix will empower the public with free, easy-to-use app and web tools to provide city staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more. This will be valuable information needed to have the issue reported and evaluated in a timely and efficient way!

The combination of the reporting and work order system will provide the city with the data they need to look ahead.

The mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to seeclickfix.com.
