What to Expect After You Buy SeeClickFix: A Look into SeeClickFix Support

For a lot of cities, implementing a new project can be intimidating. Will it require a lot of staff time? Will there be any help? What will the process look like?

This makes sense.

Many solution providers hand you a platform and then let you go on your own.  But for SeeClickFix, we understand that implementing a project and ensuring its success requires a lot of support.

Our goal is to provide a platform that you can own, customize, and operate -- but not without an expert support team available to you every step along the way. Many things make SeeClickFix unique, but we love our team of implementation and support whizzes. Meet them below!

Taking you from contract signing to launch

Meet Katie Timlin, Project Manager.

What do I do?
"I get our partners from 0 to 60. After they sign a contract, I help cities and towns customize SeeClickFix to their departments and existing systems that is comfortable for them but also leaves room for growth."

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"Seeing cities and towns launch SeeClickFix and implement such a big change in such a small amount of time is very rewarding."

Meet Kevin Baldwin, Project Manager.

What do I do?
"I work with partners from when they sign the contract to when they publically launch. Our job is to help set their account up, train their staff on the use of SeeClickFix, and ensure a smooth process overall."

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"Launch Day! We work with a new partner for several weeks, brainstorming and figuring things out together until they’re ready to publicly launch SeeClickFix. And it’s awesome to see their excitement and their citizens’ excitement as well."

Meet Cari Tate, Project Manager.

What do I do?
"My role is to take a partner from first signing on with SeeClickFix through full implementation, which generally includes workflow changes, to launching the program externally and empowering them to engage with residents in a new way. I work with each partner to understand their needs and how SeeClickFix best fits within their organizational and then we execute that plan."

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"I love hearing the stories of how SeeClickFix has brought about new connections with residents and the city workers are now being thanked and recognized for the hard work they do everyday throughout the city."

Supporting you contract signing to... forever!

Meet Dan Kilburn, Project Lead.

What do I do?
"My role is to make sure that our partners and their citizens get the most out of their partnership with SeeClickFix, to make sure that it is a useful, intuitive tool for your staff that makes their jobs easier, to make sure that you have all the tools and support that you need to get the most out of your SeeClickFix platform."

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"I would say having the chance to meet the people on the ground with all our partners, the people who do the hard work everyday, and to be able to be a part of their work to make their city the best it can be."

Meet Robin Ladouceur, Project Lead.

What do I do?
"I’m very excited about developing relationships with our partners. I work to ensure that our partners are getting the most out of SeeClickFix and especially look forward to spending some face-to-face time with them!"

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"SeeClickFix is how I got my roads paved, and trees trimmed, and mobilized my neighbors to get things done. I am a passionate proselytizer of SeeClickFix, and it’s rewarding to see our partners feel the same way."

Meet David Kahn, Project Lead.

What do I do?
"My role is to make sure that partners are getting the most value possible out of the software that we’ve developed."

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"City government is like a set of systems and structures that keep a city working but it’s driven by actual human beings with human lives, and my job lets me deal with people as people, and that is always interesting."

Meet Derik Wrightson, Project Lead.

What do I do?
"I teach partners the SeeClickFix system, its tools, and its benefits. I help them improve their workflow and communication and brainstorm new ways of maximizing SeeClickFix’s impact."

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"Partners sometimes have a lot of fears going into implementing SeeClickFix. I love proving them wrong."

Ongoing Support

Helping you with the day-to-day and year-to-year

Meet Amanda Parr, Support Partner.

What do I do?
"I fill in any blanks. After a partner is launched, I respond to any and all inquiries. Both government officials and citizens can reach out directly with any product related questions, feature requests, or bugs."

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"I love knowing our system works, and hearing good feedback from partners and citizens. Also, identifying a problem and finding a solution for our partners and citizens is very rewarding."

Meet Andrew Johnston, Global Solutions Architect.

What do I do?
"I do a variety of things, including planning events for our partners, and implementations. I can speak to what the launch process looks like, as well as the more technical aspects of implementation, such as integrating with existing systems or products."

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"I love meeting partners face-to-face! It’s the best way to learn what people want. That’s what reinvigorates everyone in our office. Our partners’ stories helps us circle back and realize why we’re doing what we’re doing."

Meet Nadine Herring, Engagement Advocate.

What do I do?
"I connect community groups to local government to get things done on SeeClickFix. I research organizations, develop relationships with them, provide marketing materials, and answer any questions they may have. My purpose to build a more collaborative relationship between citizens and governments, empowering both to transform their neighborhoods."

What is the most rewarding part of what I do?
"I love getting to know all these different organizations and letting them know there is a tool out there to get stuff done! Sometimes organizations come back at me with their own ideas for engagement and SeeClickFix use, and that’s always so inspiring."
