Merchantville, NJ becomes another municipality in New Jersey launching SeeClickFix!

Today, the Borough of Merchantville, NJ is announcing its launch of SeeClickFix to all of their 3,000+ residents. Now, residents and visitors will be able to quickly and easily report quality-of-life issues directly to the right department in the Borough to get fixed.

MerchantvilleNJ Being a small town, the Borough is always trying to be as efficient as it can be and streamline the process of complaints to the correct department quickly. They believe that SeeClickFix will help them achieve this goal. In particular, they are looking forward to SeeClickFix’s Call Taker Interface that allows the Borough’s call takers to easily input request made by phone into SeeClickFix’s system — centralizing all request in one place. In addition, this will allow all departments to work better together to respond to resident requests in a more timely fashion.

As Mayor Edward Brennan of Merchantville said: "We are excited to offer this communication tool to our residents that will work to streamline Borough Departments to create a more efficient and effective response to our resident’s needs. This program will supplement the Borough’s ongoing efforts to better communicate with residents and address code and other issues in town.” We're excited too!
