Big Lake, MN launches SeeClickFix for 10,000+ residents!

Big Lake 1 (1) Today, the City of Big Lake announced that it is launching SeeClickFix, a citizen reporting tool, for its 10,000+ citizens. Now, Big Lake residents will be able to report quality-of-life issues — specifically, ones related to code enforcement.

The City of Big Lake began searching for technology like SeeClickFix when they realized they needed another channel of communication between the City and residents. In particular, they were drawn to SeeClickFix because they thought it would seamlessly compliment their code enforcement program by providing residents with another tool to submit complaints and in an anonymous way.

“The City of Big Lake is excited to launch the SeeClickFix code enforcement communication tool! We are hopeful that by integrating SeeClickFix into the code enforcement system, residents will respond by participating and feeling comfortable submitting complaints as SeeClickFix can provide them with anonymity. We are encouraged that the end result will show the City is being well taken care of and maintained by both Big Lake residents and the City.”
Hanna Klimmek, Community Development Director

SeeClickFix can be downloaded for iPhone and Android devices. In addition, Big Lake citizens can report on the city's website.
