Wakefield, MA relaunches SeeClickFix as part of Commonwealth Connect!

Today, the Town of Wakefield, MA is relaunching SeeClickFix. With SeeClickFix’s mobile app, the town’s 24,000+ citizens will be able to report quality-of-life issues directly to the right department.

Wakefield was looking for a way to provide their citizens with a more convenient, speedy way to report issues — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With SeeClickFix, Wakefield aims to be more responsive to citizens, giving them a sense that they are being heard.
