National City, CA joins 25+ partners in California launching SeeClickFix.

National City, CA has launched SeeClickFix, a citizen reporting tool, for their 60,000+ citizens. The city wanted to make it easier for the public to connect and track non-emergency issues directly to the city — 24/7 and 365 days-a-year.

The program, called “National City Connect” is powered by SeeClickFix, and it will empower residents with the ability to document neighborhood concerns and communicate directly with city departments.   National-City-AppMockup-2 (2)
The city sees many benefits to providing citizens with a tool like SeeClickFix:
