Broken Arrow is joining a growing list of SeeClickFix partners in Oklahoma, and their custom mobile app Action Center - Broken Arrow will give the government and citizens a way to work together on the community’s unique and pressing issues. In addition to Action Center - Broken Arrow, the city will also start utilizing government tools for managing workflow that will help improve citizen services immediately. With Broken Arrow’s commitment to citizen engagement, transparency, and efficiency, it is becoming increasingly clear that the city is truly “Where Opportunity Lives.”
“Action Center - Broken Arrow is an awesome new tool to help the community and City Hall more effectively address non-emergency, day-to-day concerns,” said City Manager Michael Spurgeon. “While it will not replace traditional contact with employees, it will give citizens another option to report non-emergency issues when it’s convenient for them, not just when City Hall is open.”
Action Center – Broken Arrow can be downloaded for iPhone and Android devices.
