Middletown, CT becomes another Connecticut town launching SeeClickFix

Today, Middletown, CT is excited to announce the launch of SeeClickFix! SeeClickFix is a software platform for citizens to report non-emergency issues so that government agencies can track, manage, and respond to citizen concerns.

Residents will be able to use SeeClickFix on their smartphone or home computer to report quality of life issues (such as sidewalk/curb damage, junk on the side of the road, or broken park equipment) and receive updates on when that issue is addressed by the City.

Middletown is optimistic that through our partnership with SeeClickFix they can improve their service and efficiency to residents. Now, Middletown’s 47,000+ citizens will be able to easily report quality-of-life issues directly to Middletown with the right information to get the issues fixed. Other Connecticut cities using SeeClickFix in Connecticut include New Haven, Bridgeport, Hamden, and Killingly.

SeeClickFix is available for Android and iPhone.
