Superior, Colorado launches Superior Click and Fix, a citizen engagement mobile app

Today, Superior, Colorado launches Superior Click and Fix, a service request reporting mobile app, for its 13,000+ residents. Community members can now engage directly with their Town government by reporting quality of life issues like potholes, graffiti, and more.

Superior’s custom mobile app Superior Click and Fix, powered by SeeClickFix, will give residents a personalized and seamless mobile platform with which to communicate with their Town. The Town government chose SeeClickFix for the functionality and convenience of a customizable mobile app, and hopes the new app will provide residents with an easy and convenient method of reporting issues while simultaneously providing staff with the details required to efficiently process and address them. Superior is looking forward to this kind of enhanced experience for residents and staff to work together in identifying and resolving neighborhood issues quickly and effectively.

Superior hopes that this line of communication will result in a greater sense of pride in the Town and a higher level of service for all residents. The Colorado Town’s commitment to citizen engagement, transparency, and efficiency is very evident in this partnership.
