HMS Association Management Launches HMS Fix It


Today, Homeowner Management Services (HMS) Association Management in Georgia is launching HMS Fix It, a citizen reporting tool. Through the HMS Fix It smartphone app, residents will be able to quickly report an issue to HMS with all the details needed to keep their communities looking great and improve communication with clients.

HMS was looking for a way to allow residents to help them maintain and increase community property values, and to better track maintenance issues and projects while working to complete them. A partnership with SeeClickFix is an effective method for accomplishing all of these goals and distinguish HMS from other Association Management companies.

A factor in the decision of HMS to choose SeeClickFix was the positive feedback that the city of Johns Creek, GA and SeeClickFix had received by using the JC Fix It mobile app. HMS employees had used the app and had only good things to say about it. Many of HMS’ clients are located in cities and counties that have their own apps with SeeClickFix, so they knew those residents would know how helpful the app can be.

With the new HMS Fix It app, HMS expects to quickly handle issues in a community by managing them on one organized platform. This will give HMS a better response time, allow them to more easily track these issues, and to devote more time to their communities. Reporting a problem to HMS will be easier and faster than ever before, and improved communication will mean that communities will be better maintained.
