With new web and mobile apps, Encinitas hopes that issues can be identified, processed, and fixed more efficiently and effectively. Residents will be able to use Encinitas SeeClickFix on their smartphone or home computer to report quality of life issues and receive updates on when those issues are addressed by the city.

Encinitas’ deep interest in increasing efficiency and citizen engagement is very clear. This partnership will not only make Encinitas a better place to live but contribute to a better San Diego County and a vibrant California.

“The launch of our latest app continues our commitment to making it easy for community members to interact with the City. With the help and eyes of our community, we’ll be able to work together more efficiently to address service requests in a timely fashion.” - Lynne Tufts, chief information officer for the City of Encinitas
