King County Parks launches SeeClickFix to cover 28,000 acres of parks, trails and open space

King County Parks manages over 28,000 acres of open space that consist of 200 parks, 175 miles of regional trails, and 215 miles of backcountry trails. This partnership with SeeClickFix signals their cutting-edge interest in improving parks and recreation services with technology. The mobile app KC Parks will not only allow them to collect issues more effectively, but also resolve them more efficiently and keep residents and visitors in the loop throughout the entire process. The easy-to-use interface and built-in features such as automatic geolocation and email notifications will enable residents and visitors to be more engaged and gain a sense of ownership in the parks they visit. King County Parks hopes that they can use this app to let residents know that their voices are being heard.
