With the Commonwealth Connect program, Sudbury will be able to empower their 18,000+ residents with the ability to report quality-of-issues directly from their phone or desktop to the right town department.

“We’re excited to offer this great service to our residents, which will simplify the process of notifying the Town when and where an issue arises, and ultimately, getting problems addressed.”
-Melissa Murphy Rodrigues, Esq., Sudbury Town Manager
SeeClickFix is now integrated with Sudbury Department of Public Work’s work order management system. The platform will allow residents to provide the town with descriptions, pictures, and videos of the issue, helping to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Artboard Sudbury is joining dozens of towns across Massachusetts in utilizing SeeClickFix. With these engagement tools, the town looks forward to engaging more citizens, becoming more efficient, and reducing costs.
