If citizens see a quality-of-life issue in their neighborhoods — like illegal dumping, storm related issues, graffiti, potholes and more — they can now easily and seamlessly report it with descriptions, photos, video, and automatic geolocation.

The Commonwealth Connect mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can send reports to the city on SeeClickFix.com and on the city’s website. In addition, the app will allow citizens to view the latest city news, connect to the Mayor’s Facebook page, and call the city directly.
Leominster wants SeeClickFix to be the “go to” place for residents to communicate with city departments and with each other. It will also enable the city to more smoothly respond to requests across different departments and provide streamlined processes for resolving issues.
Leominster is joining dozens of municipalities across Massachusetts and many within their own county (including Fitchburg and Worcester) in utilizing SeeClickFix.
