Antioch, CA Launches SeeClickFix for 113,000+ residents

Today, Antioch, CA launches SeeClickFix, a citizen reporting tool for its 113,000 residents. Community members can now connect directly with City Hall about quality-of-life issues like potholes, graffiti, illegal dumping, and more through the SeeClickFix platform.

Antioch joins a network of SeeClickFix partner cities throughout northern California, including Walnut Creek, Vallejo, Alameda, and American Canyon. Antioch continues to lead the way in increasing resident communication and government transparency through the implementation of a better citizen engagement app and website tool.

antioch app image SeeClickFix is now integrated with Lucity, Public Works' work order management system. The app and website tools allows residents to provide the city with descriptions, pictures, and videos of the issue, helping the correct department to get the job done quickly and efficiently. With SeeClickFix, when a resident reports an issue, it will go directly into the city’s issue management system, streamlining the process from report to resolution.

With new web and mobile apps, as well as a seamless integration into the work order system, Antioch aims to increase efficiently and engage more citizens in the process. The city is excited to encourage residents to get more involved in their community.
