Gilbert, AZ launches SeeClickFix for 240,000+ residents

This week, Gilbert, AZ launched SeeClickFix, a resident reporting tool for its 240,000+ residents. Using desktop or a mobile app called Gilbert 311, Gilbert residents can now engage with the city government directly around quality-of-life issues they care about in their community. gilbert Using digital tools, residents can now report neighborhood issues like graffiti, broken street lamps, potholes, traffic signs, and much more, and connect with not just city government but also their neighbors. The apps allow residents to include photos, videos and descriptions, and also enables automatic geo-location for improved accuracy. These issues will be automatically routed to the right department, and residents will be updated on progress. In addition, Gilbert residents can create Watch Areas that allow them to be notified about issues that are reported in their neighborhoods.

Gilbert is joining a growing network of SeeClickFix partner cities in Arizona, and is helping lead the way in the state for improved services, resident engagement, and efficiency. Gilbert’s partnership with SeeClickFix demonstrates the city’s commitment to government transparency and efficiency, as well as working with residents to improve the city together.
