Greenfield, WI launches SeeClickFix for 37,000+ residents

Today, Greenfield, WI is launching SeeClickFix, a resident reporting tool for its 37,000+ residents. Residents in Greenfield can now communicate directly with the city government on their website or through a custom branded mobile app called Greenfield Resolve It. Residents can report neighborhood quality-of-life issues like illegal dumping, blight, graffiti, potholes and much more. The new tools also allows resident to include photos, videos, and descriptions with automatic geolocation.

Greenfield is joining a network of SeeClickFix partner cities in Wisconsin, including Oshkosh, Wisconsin Rapids, Bayside, and more. Greenfield is excited to provide a better customer service experience by providing a user friendly and customizable app for residents, and hopes to engage a broader base in a more meaningful way. While phone lines and other options for reporting issues will remain open, these web and mobile tools will make it even easier.

In addition to increasing resident engagement, Greenfield will use the platform to bolster internal efficiency. With the ability to gather better data, keep residents updated, and manage work more efficiently, Greenfield will improve not only customer service but also organizational productivity overall.
