Today, the City of Roswell, GA is announcing the launch of SeeClickFix, a popular citizen reporting tool being used in many cities across Georgia. Now, Roswell’s 94,000+ citizens will be able to easily report quality-of-life issues (such as potholes, junk on the side of the road, or overgrown grass) directly to City Hall with the right information to get the issues fixed.
In 2015, the City of Forsyth wanted to have citizens be a larger part of the process of handling quality-of-life issues. They wanted a tool to easily gather citizen input on issues that mattered to them the most!
