Adding Followers to Duplicate Issues
We've included potential duplicate issues in the Call Taker Interface. The "Potential Duplicates" are determined by approximate location (100m) and request type. These potential duplicates will be displayed as cards to the right of the Reporting Panel. Call Takers will now have the option to add the caller as a follower with a provided email, helping to remove data clutter, increase reporting efficiency, and build trust between local residents and their government services.
Date-Time Picker for Secondary Questions
We've added a Date-Time Picker in the CRM and website map widgets to give you a faster, easier way to capture the day and time the issue was reported and better inputs for better data.
Create Your Membership Profile
Now you can create your own profile in the CRM. Simply click on your name in the top right corner of the main nav and enter your name, title, avatar, and @mention handle (for internal use) and display name, default language, and timezone (for public use).
Your integrated vendor names (such as Cityworks, Lucity, Kana, etc.) will now appear on the Issue API.
