Improved SLAs and Security Protocols

We have new updates to the SeeClickFix platform that provide improvements for our partners’ data analytics and issue management!

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) used internally for issue management will now be calculated by business days (Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm) and account for U.S. Federal Holidays. This update helps provide better statistics and data for organizations to monitor the operational efficiency of issue resolution.


In addition, we have removed the ability to report issues on SeeClickFix as a “guest” to enable better communication with users and establish stronger security protocols for the platform. This means users will need to sign up for a SeeClickFix account before reporting an issue. However, residents can still report anonymously, if they do not want their information displayed.
